6 sun dried tomatoes
Handful of spinach
Half of lime
¾ tablespoon teriyaki sauce
Quarter of rind from the lime
100g seeds (sunflower, flax Etc)
Half red onion
Place all contents into a blender. Then compress into decent sized patties. If you only have a juicer place seeds with a small amount of water so it goes to a paste. Finely chop everything, then squeeze together with your hand. Squeeze lime into the patties.
If you have a dehydrator then pop them into that.
They will also work in an oven. Keep an eye on them but 15/20 mins should do it on around 200
Top with sauces and a nice sprig of basil.
