It’s our 5 year anniversary! Come and help us celebrate!

We have an action-packed day with conscious talks, yoga, sound journey, and stalls.

The theme of the day is Reclaim Your Mind.

We have three top-class speakers giving talks, plus our amazing yoga and sound facilitators too.

The speakers will each share tried and tested methods, give insights and knowledge on the extremely important, and a much needed to be discussed topic.

Many people are suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, this event is designed to bring information that will help people on their road to recovery. 

This is something I feel very passionate about and it’s an event I have wanted to put together for a while.

Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Greenwich, DR. David Luke will be sharing his research on the use of psychedelics with regards to our mental health. Dr. Luke will be discussing the current research with mushrooms and the role they can play in our wellness.
Author and addiction expert Chris Hill, will be showing us how we can beat stress and anxiety. He has some techniques to share on the day too.

We will also be joined by Juliette Bryant will be taking a look at the role the gut and eating the wrong foods play in our mental health. 

Sound & Yoga

Infinite Spirit Sounds will facilitate a Psychedelic Sound Journey within, accompanied by a guided meditation incorporating aspects of the psychedelic experience, such as intention setting, surrender & connecting to your inner healer, as you journey into a heightened state of awareness.

The Zen Sisters will take you on a tribal celebration of life expressed through yoga, dance, and sound with YoGoddessy. (limited places, first come first served – bring a mat)

We will have delicious and healthy vegan food and desserts, stalls selling crystals, shamanic tools, health goods and so much more, plus lots of socialising and networking too…

You will leave feeling amazing!




Tripping out to stay sane: Psychedelics and mental health –Dr. David Luke

Prior to the reactionary media hysteria and the subsequent government backlash at the end of the 1960s, a wealth of serious scientific research was conducted into the therapeutic and medical benefits of powerful psychoactive drugs.

By the beginning of the 1970s, however, almost all therapeutic applications and scientific human research with such drugs had been curtailed and their use criminalized.

In the following years, this potentially beneficial side to hallucinogens became largely forgotten. Only during the last decade or so has this research gradually been resumed to the point where we might now even speak of a renaissance of research into psychedelic medicines.

About Dr. David Luke

Dr. David Luke is Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Greenwich where he has been teaching an undergraduate course on the Psychology of Exceptional Human Experience.

His research focuses on transpersonal experiences, anomalous phenomena and altered states of consciousness, especially via psychedelics, having published more than 100 academic papers in this area, including nine books, most recently Otherworlds: Psychedelics and Exceptional Human Experience (2017).

Psychedelic Sound Journey is created with a 38″ Sun gong & 38″ Earth gong, Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, shamanic drums, steel tongue pan, harmonica, chimes, Shruti box, harp, overtone singing & medicine songs.

The sounds will facilitate your journey within, accompanied by a guided meditation incorporating aspects of the psychedelic experience, such as intention setting, surrender & connecting to your inner healer, as you journey into a heightened state of awareness.

Psychedelic Sound Journey’ is created by Jamie & Phil from Infinite Spirit Sounds.

Jamie is a qualified sound healer & gong practitioner. He works with sound & meditative techniques to invoke & facilitate enhanced states of consciousness.

Phil has practiced yoga and meditation since 1971. He is qualified as a yoga teacher through the British Wheel of Yoga and is trained in Pranayama Yoga. He has trained in ‘dreamsong’ with the Yoga Nidra network.

Beat Stress & Anxiety with Chris Hill

What I’m offering is an opportunity for you to experience what I teach about how to manage and (in many cases) ‘beat’ anxiety and stress; both of which have an adverse effect on your health and wellbeing.

I will show you how a few simple tools can change your whole mindset and how you deal with any negative events that take place or any negative thoughts that come to you.

We’ll be looking at:

  • How to deal with any negative thoughts about yourself and other people
  • Stressful events in your life
  • Difficult relationships
  • Work colleagues and work pressures
  • How to put to one side anything you cannot change
  • How to start working on the things you CAN change
  • How to relax your mind
  • How to stop thinking bad thoughts and ‘shift gear’ to a more positive mindset; so you don’t write-off the whole day
  • How to calm panic attacks or prevent them from happening
  • How to deal with negative people
  • How to really start enjoying life and having fun

The most important aspect of being able to make the changes in your life that you want and be able to move forward with any plans and goals you have – is to learn the skill of separating the past from the present, the things you can do something about from the things you can’t; in order to bring ‘calm’ into your mind.

You can only operate effectively from a place of calm. You cannot hope to make progress when you are agitated and panicking or fearing something.

Let me show you just a few effective tools that you can apply to any aspect of life. Any fear or anxiety you have, to prevent it from turning into stress or depression and wreaking havoc in your life. I have tried these methods with people who have attended my workshops and on a one-to-one basis and I know they work!

Chris Hill is an award-winning, best-selling author of Get Your Life Back: The Road to Freedom from Addiction. He is an addiction expert who helps people overcome all types of addiction such as nicotine, alcohol, drugs etc as well as addictive activities such as gambling and over-eating.
