Here’s a brilliant alternative to having rice. Say bye bye to the bloated feeling – parsnip rice will make you feel full but not uncomfortable the way that rice can.
2 grated Parsnips
1 cup of soaked raisins
1 tsp ground Turmeric
1 tbs apple cider Vinegar,
Pinch of Salt
Mix the grated parsnip together with the other ingredients.
