How to take care of the Vishuddha or Throat Chakra
Chakras are energy systems that are found inside our bodies that help with all the activities that the body is involved in. There are seven main chakras in the body, although there are many, many more and all of them need to be balanced in order for the body to be in a good state.
When even one of the chakras is not balanced, the body experiences some problems.
