Raw Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

This recipe is really simple and can be whipped up in less than 5 minutes. Not only are these little cookies delicious, but they are also super good for you! With only 4 ingredients, it’s hard to go wrong.

1 of the 4 ingredients is Medjool dates. Dates have some amazing health benefits including relief from constipation, intestinal disorders, and diarrhoea. They also help prevent anemia, heart problems, stomach cancer, and more. They are an excellent source of manganese, phosphorous, potassium magnesium, sulphur, and iron, and many health experts agree that eating just one date a day is a way to stay in optimal health and also protect against night blindness!

Dates are delicious on their own, but some people don’t really like them in their natural state. Fortunately, most people should love this recipe because the end result tastes like peanut butter cookies!

Raw Peanut Butter Cookies

Yield: 12 Cookies

Time: 5 Minutes


1 Cup Medjool Dates, pitted

1 Cup Almonds, ground

½ Cup Natural Peanut Butter

1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract


Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor and blend on high speed until all ingredients are combined. Scoop out by the spoonful, (about 1-2 tablespoons) roll into a ball in your hands, place on parchment paper and then squish down with a fork. That’s it! Enjoy
