Joelle Marshall

I am the co-author of the mindfulness workbook for dummies. I  develop workshops on mindfulness and how to incorporate it into every day life for a greater sense of wellbeing. I have  trained in mindfulness with Learn Mindfulness and I meditate and practice yoga regularly. 

I  coach people individually to help them overcome anxiety or stressful situations by mindful listening and guiding them through different styles of meditation.

My focus is on women but I also coach men one on one as well.
